Un Corazón de Campeón| Comercial de AT&T
This is a mixed digital and broadcast campaign I worked on while I was with Omincom's Dieste in Dallas, TX. I was very excited to be part of this project as I am a fan of the World Cup and football (soccer). AT&T is a supporter of the Mexican's Men National Team who was one of the teams that qualified for this event. In support, AT&T wanted a engaging and relevant campaign in support across its Hispanic market. I worked closely with team members and Creative Director on concept and production. The CD briefed the team and soon we after a few brainstorming sessions, we came up with some ideas and narrowed down one that was approved by the client. Here is a collection of some of the work I participated on as Senior Art Director.
Broadcast
Let's Go! We have the heart of a champaion!
Digital and Social Media
As part of the UVERSE's World Cup 2014 campaign, I worked on the storyboards for an animated series called Chucho y Nacho about two guys (iPads) who are passionate about their national football team. This series was just part of AT&T's social media strategy. Here is the story. While watching a match, Chucho is complaining and wondering why Nacho is praying (portrayed by a lit candle on the screen). Nacho says that whenever he prays, the team scores. Chucho thinks Nacho is crazy and continues complaining how poorly the team is performing.
Nacho tells his friend that it's really true and that he can prove it!
Nacho continues to pray. Chucho continues to complain. The crowd starts to get louder on the television.
Chucho stops complaining. The crowd and commentator noise gets louder. Suddenly, their team starts to play better. You can hear all of the excitement from the television. Chucho and Nacho start getting excited! They Score! Gooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal!!!!!
Nacho starts praying again! Chucho can't believe it... it works!! Chucho starts to pray.
High Impact Display
As part of a UVERSE digital campaign, I worked on concept and illustrations for high impact displays. These were used for hispanic and general market outdoor, magazine, store front, and print. I highlighted 3 countries that had a unique statistic during the history of the World Cup.
