I’m Torrey Owens, a Senior UX and Service Designer based in Dallas, TX. I specialize in designing end-to-end experiences across complex, data-driven environments, translating policy, operations, and technology into intuitive, scalable solutions.
My work spans federal, enterprise, and product environments, where I lead design from discovery through delivery, including service blueprinting, prototyping, and design systems. I focus on reducing friction, improving usability, and helping teams align around clear, actionable solutions.
Currently completing a degree in Human-Centered AI at Texas Tech University, with a focus on designing ethical and trustworthy systems.
