I help people solve really hard problems by making confusing things easier to understand. Throughout my career, I’ve worked on healthcare, cybersecurity, defense, and enterprise software where people rely on technology to do important jobs. My role is to listen, ask good questions, understand how things work today, and design experiences that help people work more efficiently and make better decisions.

Whether I’m mapping a complex workflow, facilitating discovery with stakeholders, or building prototypes with engineering, my goal is always the same: reduce friction, bring clarity to complexity, and create products that people actually enjoy using.
I’m currently completing a degree in Human-Centered AI at Texas Tech University, where I’m exploring how AI can help designers and users work together while keeping human judgment at the center of the experience.
